Shipping Cost
All orders ship free of charge.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 0–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at supprt@ohsolefun.com.
⚠️ Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing the order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) and ask you to place a new order.
Delivery Time
Products ship from our warehouse within 48 hours of processing.
Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Delivery Methods
We use different delivery partners based on item size and destination:
Small Items
Lightweight packages are typically shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email and can monitor the shipment online.
Medium to Large Items
For larger items such as home decor, we use trusted freight carriers.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.
⛔ We do not ship to PO Boxes for large items. Please provide a valid street address.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.
